The Peru Tiger Wrestling had 12 Freshman and Sophomores competed in the Yorktown freshman/sophomore tournament this Saturday.
Team at this invitational- Beech Grove, Carmel, Delta, Fishers, Maconaquah, McCutcheon, Muncie Central, North Central, Oak Hill, Pendleton Heights, Perry Meridian, Peru Southport, Westfield, Whiteland, and Yorktown.
Placing for the tigers were:
Trey Sturgill 1st
Austin Black 2nd
Jacob Black 4th
Matthew Johnson 4th
Chase Tyler 5th
Also wrestling for the tigers were,
Brayden Lilley, Levi Cunningham, Ethan Mills, Zach Purcell, Bryce Stapleton, Travis Ecklebarger, and Dominic Turner
